Celebration for Bao Qi..& Me..

Today is Bao Qi's Big Day..Her Birthday..!
Happy Birthday To Ya!!

Meet up with Bao Qi & Bee Chin to go k-box from 11am to 2pm..
but then..They stayed up late so overslept till 10am plus..
As usual, gals will need time to doll up so end up meet at 12pm at Douby Gaught MRT..
As I'm meeting my dear friend Mr Lai @ 2pm @ Orchard..
We decided to jus shop ard till 1.30pm then they go K-box while I go meet my friend..

So funny..I was shopping for a present for her..
But not knowing what to get her..So
I lied to her that I am buying a gift for someone who is of her build..
and need her to try out for me..
When the present is actually for her..
LoL..
But what happens is, she jus say..I heaven give u present yet lei..
Come, Try this tee..See fit anot..
What colour u like..dull tones right..blah blah..
Although I do get a gift in mind for her..
But she may not accept..due to the price..
Anyway, despite my persistent 'no', she still brought me a tee..
So, no choice, have to take it lor..

Feel sorry to make Mr Lai wait for so long at the control station..
when I promised him I will reach earlier than him..
Then Mr Lai persistently insist He foot the bill for lunch..
Which is very ex lor..
However, the food there is ok la..(Pai sei, not very accustomed to international crusine)
But the abalone is nice =)

After the food, we shop ard n make our way to cineleisure..
to buy tix..(Cars)
Along the way, we shop for sports Arm bands to stuff Lai's creative mp3 player..
but it seems he not sure which to get..

After the shopping ard..
We went to get snacks for the movie..
Queued for a long time b4 we get food..
But then..
The potato wedges i brought is cold!!
Moreover, I ask for chilli Sauce & got tomato sauce instead..
Nevertheless, it is still tasty..But would prefer pippin hot ones..

Miss abit of the starting..but it's ok la..
Jus pai sei that i block ppl watching it..
Overall, it's about 4-4.5 stars..
It revolves ard this rookie racecar who is arrogrant & thinks that he is the best in the world..
He feels that he can preform well without his team mates..
That is until he got lost on his way to chicago & come to the Radiator Springs..
It is a deserted town..due to route 40..the shortcut..
He was actually held in the town for speeding n damaging the roads..
So he was sentenced to repair the roads b4 he can head to chicago..
It was also during his time here, that he truly realized the meaning of working in a team =)
Alright, that's all I am gonna say..Go Watch it..

Superman Vs Spiderman..

Well..
Recently..Had this heated argument on superheros in the office..
Spiderman Vs Batman Vs Superman..
Cos these three are most common superheros that ppl associate with & liked..
So one colleague of mine & I were debating which is the fav among them...
I vote for spiderman..& he vote for superman..

To me..
Spiderman is a more believeable hero..cos..
1. He is human..(no offence/pun intended)
2. He can get hurt (Physically/Mentally)
3. He is an accidental hero (was a geek then)
4. He stick to his principles (With great power comes great responsibility...)
5. His first love died because of him, his uncle ben died becos of his actions too..

& why superman is not my hero..Cos..
1. He is an alien from outer space that resembles human form..
2. He can't get hurt easily (halo, man of steel lei..)
3. The only thing that can hurt him more than he hope for is Kryptonite his planet stone..(A Stone??!)
4. He doesn't hide his face (Vain, egoestic, or unrecognizeable without much disguise?)
5. His villains are so..Limited..& not very withstanding ones as in not strong enough to actually defeat him..

Well, I had my reasons for liking Spiderman..So do you have ur reasons for liking ur favourite superheros..No one superheros is perfect..& if that superhero is perfect..I think no one would likes it too...So, support ur superheros & stop saying which superhero is the BEST..!

Birthday Celebration

Actually, I arrange to celebrate with some sec4 & poly friends my b'day..
a belated one lah..
But it didn't turn out as I had expected..

My poly friends couldn't make it..
while my sec 4 friends can..
and the thing is they are all gals(Bee Chin, Bao Qi, Christina, Yian Pin, Shi Han, Jie Ying)..
Imagine, me with all the gals..
really like very funny lor..

Fortunately, one of my sec 4 tuition friend Edwin, came for dinner..
Only then did I have a male companion..
Nevertheless..It was a really great day..
Had ice cream n some snacks together..
Then, we went pool at marina square..
Dinner at Yoshinoya @ marina square..
Then took about 1hr photos at esplanade n merlion..
But seriously..It's the gals that were taking more photos than us guys..
Cos, my friend is camera shy..
But i'm glad he did take a few..

& Greatest thanks to Bee Chin for ur biggest card of the lot..Which u painstakingly drew the whinnie the pooh n piglet..n decorate it..It is very nice indeed..Thanks a lot..Without ur card, the others would not be able to write well-wishings on it..Hee..& without a doubt..It is also ur card I like the best..Although I like Snoopy more..HeeZ..

To Xian Qi..Thanks for the present u give me..It is always so beautifully wrapped that I can't bring myself to open it..Though I only wish to get a card..U gave me a present =D

My Birthday!

Well, today is my birthday..LoL..
Initially, I intend to treat my colleagues @ Comtech lvl 8 a cake..
But found that no matter wad time it is..
It is a bad timing to eat a cake..
Morning..Too early to eat cake..
Afternoon..Lunchy too full..cannot stuff cake inside anymore..
Dinner..Cake may already melted..!
Hence, did not get the cake to celebrate at office..
But jus distribute small packets of tibits around..

Last but not least..
I want to thank everyone who had wished me personally, sms-ed me or e-mailed me or sent me b'day cards or called me to express their wishes =D

Thanks colleagues @ Comtech : Ivan, Mas, Auntie, Alex, William, Wah Jie, Jon, Benjamin, Yong Siong, Yan Kun, Jun Ping, Mun Wai, Bobby, Raja, Ros, Andy, Sulha, Xiong, Sean, Wan Ying, Zhi Hao, Khan, Najuma, Zhang Xin, Fang Qi, Wei Hao, Michael, David, Ernest, Jia Yi, Jackson, etc....Especially Yee Ting & Leon for their red puppet..that resembles me..LoL..

And my friends who at some point of time remembered it is my birthday =)

Wasn't planning anything at all..
Cos, thot I would be celebrating my birthday with myself again like last time..
But then, Yee Ting & Leon & Zhi Hao actually want to celebrate for me..
So we went & eat dinner @ Plaza Singapura's KFC fast food restaurant..
Then we went K-Box from 8 till 12am together with Yee Ting's friend, Fei Long..
Singing lots of hits & oldies..
& difficult -robbing breathe- songs..aka 'high key' songs..
Had a wonderful time really..Thanks guys..
