WeekendS..haha...

Wow...
What a wonderful weekend it must have been this time round..

Saturday:
I was practically hoping from here to there..
First, I went to Aljunied MRT station n I saw my sec school friend there..Kinda forgotten her name but she sure has grown prettier...
Almost couldn't recognize her..Wahaha..Sorry about that..

Then I went to Bugis alone and while I was there, I called up Priscilla to know if she free later on, apparently, she got a kind of meeting with friends so I thot I just shop on my own n wish her enjoy the day..

Then I saw Xiao Hui (My Sec Junior Vice-head Librarian)..She also look prettier liao...Oh man, I also couldn't recognize her liao..Haha...She was shopping at Bugis with a friend, but I chatted with her like for too long a time till her friend got a little angry n walk to Suntec without her..Sorry about that Xiao Hui n Friend...

Feeling bored that Bugis is small, I made my way to Orchard n shop from Heeren to Takashiyama..There, I met Swee Chin who was shopping for her logbook..and then as we made our way to Kinokuniya at level 3, we saw Zhi Huai (Sec sch friend)...He was with his brother I think..Haha, didn't take note until he tap on me..haha...Pai sei dude..My eyes always dunno look where one..Always failed to see u all..Haha..Gotta hang out when free k!!!

As Swee Chin has to meet her friend at City Hall, I stay n shop at Kino...Didn't brought any sudoku puzzle book cos i think my interest for it will go away soon...So no point buying..Instead brought a little green 2006 Organiser which cost a little on the pricey side...

Then, I made way to Bugis n met my didi, Lionel, for dinner..He is so fussy...He wants to eat cheap while my stomach growls like a hungry wolf...He just wouldn't settle for restaurant fare even when I agree to pick up the tabs for it (cos the restaurant I pass thru got empty seats..)..How determine he is huh?

Finally, we settle on KFC n ate hungrily there...Then we proceed to Brass Basah Complex to go the Popular bookshop..But it was closed for washing of floors..So I suggest we go Raffles City to shop..N after that, My didi got huge craving for arcade fare n we went Marina Square to statisfy it..Thereafter, We went to Esplanade Tunnel n took pictures..Especially the one that says, Chapter 7: Was I Here?..
There's a Square that is marked on the floor for people to stand there n took pictures..Yeah, I agree, no one took pictures there when I was there..But I really want to took a pic there, so my didi help me took it..LoL..Thanks ya..Thought the pic look blur..It's ok..! But I was too shy to take it when people pass by..So I choose the time when almost no one saw it, then I quickly posed n took a pic...haha..So the funny it is man..
Anyway, after taking the other pics of the exhibition at the tunnel, we went home..So That's about all I did on saturday..

Sunday:
WellZ..Not much to say, other than that I need to think what to hand up to my LO on monday..Plus heaven inform him I will be handling in the title n synopsis late..Ops...!

Lunch with Family @ Mac near my house n saw my sec sch friends(Wee Cheng, Dexter, Michelle n Yew Peng)..
Haha..So long no see liao..
Then after we finish lunch, I went over to chat with them..
Seems like they are very cheery today..
Chat about alot of things n learn a few new stuff about my friends..
However, I dunno if I can still chat with them next time due to my major project starting liao..Proposal n all that stuff..Think will be rather difficult..

Nevertheless, I enjoy the short time to chat with u all..
Enjoy LotX.. n Hope We get to gather one day n chat or chill..

Zhi Jie's birthday!!!

Yea, today is my clas rep as well as one of my best friends birthday party..
Though he can be very odd at times...But he's still very nice matter-of-factly..

He has planned numerous stuff today..
and we are supposed to celebrate with him..
thing is, he give us a treat instead of us giving him a treat..
End up, we buy presents for him to cover his cost..Hopefully...

Hadn't met up with him for a long time..
been chatting occasssionally on phone though..
but each time is I call him..N he's the first to tell me to hang up..
OMG, so sad..maybe i call at the wrong times..LoL..

Anyway, just want to wish him a very happy birthday dude..
Stay so happy ever n ever k..
n may u be with miss piggy soon..LoL..

Going to ZJ's treat soon

Week 3 n 4 @ Wyeth..

Life has been good at QC Micro Lab..
Where I was attached to..
Although I still carry on my -A mistake a day- routine..
Sometimes more than a mistake a day...
The people there only told me off..Not shout or scold me..
But at least I tried to remember what they said n take note not to do that mistake again..Haha..

Am quite proud that I can do raw material stuff abit faster than I first learn the ropes..
But then, the real problem is in-process stuff now..
Been at it for 2 weeks now, but I still got a bit confused...
Just realized I hand up the form for review with some missing details..
Hopefully, they find out...Or else auditor come on wednesday then jia liat..

Been lunch-ing with Tim n Adeline @ Wyeth oftenly..
I have to apologized that sometimes (ok, most of the time =o)
they have to wait for me to finish work b4 we have lunch together..
But I really enjoy it man..It was fun having lunch mates like u all..Haha..Sometimes we lunch with PT ppl too like Sze Han, Elvin, Swee Chin, Wee Leng..Too bad we can't lunch with Xiaoting n Jocelyn cos they ate lunch early..But I sure hope we get a chance to eat at one big long table..That would be wonderful!!!!
Ain, Hadfizoh n Hidiaya are fasting this month so they didn't lunch or breakfast with us..

Hadn't try eating lunch with Micro Lab ppl...
But they seem friendly to accept us for lunch I guess..
Cos the first week already invite us to eat together..
But cos we not very familiar with them..Plus we already arrange with ppl to eat together..We give it a miss..Seems like they enjoy eating lunch together...n also share food too..like tibits, chocolates..etc...
Ahhh..How nice...

And special thanx to some Micro Lab ppl for helping me..
If not, I may not be able to complete most of the urgent stuff..

Mei Yee for accepting the in-process form when Hock Leng n Poh Ewe is not working n taught me what to do when logbook is finished;
Loke Jee for her patience when Ain n I still have not unpacked the stuff we brought from MRO store;
Jennifer for helping me in small but useful ways n teaching us a very useful gowning procedures;
Tony for his usage of computers to print raw material stuff in Micro Lab sometimes n safety in the Lab briefing;
Ming Hwee for his teaching of how to data entry for critical, non-critical areas data into Excel Spreadsheet;
Peter for giving Tim an early lunch break..LoL, but I still heaven finish my work yet so Tim still have to wait for me actually..Haha;
Annie for holding the door for Tim n me to get in..LoL;
Kumar for his concern n help in most matters of disposing the raw materials samples n storage of stuff.

and thanx to choon hong n her helpful colleagues who helped me when choon hong is busy or on leave (from QC Chem Lab) for the raw material logsheet that I sometimes have to photocopy for Micro Lab raw materials..

Patrick's Birthday Party..

Together with Priscilla, Michelle n Stan, we went to Patrick's 21st Birthday party...I was quite lost initially as I have never walk so long a stretch of road before..haha..But it was really long..
Along the way, several taxis drove past us..
We figured that are guest to Patrick's party...
Then we saw at the end of the stretch of road a beautifully decorated 3-storey terrance house with ballons n all..
I knew this was it..
But the others still want to confirm abit..
So I went up to check the address..haha..

There was a buffet there, filled with delicious food..
We saw Patrick n pass him the presents we brought for him n well-wishings first..Then he invite us to eat the buffet..

Got to know quite a lot of people there..
Even saw my Sec sch Senior librian there..
I could recognized him, but can't recall where..
Haha..I only know this info when we share Taxi together back here..

The party has a few couples but generally, the others are just like me, Single..Michelle suggest we play animal game to while away our time..
So we sort of gather together to play..As time pass, more n more people join in the game..

I being a slow learner, lost the first few rounds..
Penalty is to drink one cup of red wine or strange concotions..
But since I heaven started to -drink- yet..
They say I only have to drink one sip will be enough..
haha..that is ok =)
Strange thing is, I used to mix grape juice with red wine to drink it..
but now, I can take the wine just like that..
as usual, dun like the aftertaste of wine (bitter n warm my throat)..
but I learnted a good trick n that is to observe each ppl carefully..
n when it is ur turn to play..
just concentrate on one or two person will do..
I kept on doing the fish action becos the person posing as fish is directly in front of me n can see clearly what I do n also the action I can do without making much decision..so she won't forfeit..
I really not trying to make her forfeit ya..
But can tell she got annoyed I kept passing my turn to her..
LoL..I really am sorry..

Patrick cut the cake n his mum distribute it to us..
Really wonderful taste..heeZ..
enjoy the cake though I was sabo-ed to take two pieces..Haha..
We continued the animal game till it was quite late..
Patrick's sister drove us to the nearest mrt station n from there we take Taxi home..Thanks, Patrick's sister!

Week 2 @ Wyeth..

Hee..It's not supposed to be play time at Wyeth already..
But every single day i still make mistakes..
Some minor n some major ones..
Like not putting on facemask when handling samples..
Forget to do this n that..
Sigh..Not sure y..
But i really do know these stuff..Y did i forget?? hmm..

Anyway, i went back to TP on Monday..
To give Mr Ko the photos i burned into a CD-RW..
Haha, chat with Mr Ko for quite a long time..
N Rebecca call me to speak to Mr Ko..LoL..
Anyway, was glad that I went there..
Cos his last day @ TP is on 12th Oct..
If i go find him after that, then i can't find him liao..
Anyway, it was nice to chat la..
But was quite tired when i got home..
It has been like this ever since I started working at Wyeth..
Not only me, the other ppl got sent to Wyeth also seem to have this problem..We sometimes sleep b4 10pm..
i actually sleep at exactly 11pm or sometimes earlier than 10pm..
Just very tired after work..Maybe not used to it yet...

Did not do much interesting stuff anyway..
Same old routine work every single day..Sian..
But at least it's something i know how to do..LoL..
Quite easy i would say..
Assuming i dun go BLANK...

Oh ya..One big change..
Timothy is now assigned to QC - Micro Lab (Pathogen Lab)
n Hafidzoh is now in Training n Continous Improvement..
